Greet the early morning sun from your master suite balcony as it rises over the lush jungles of the Sierra Madres. By evening, watch the most beautiful sunsets as the sun sinks into the majestic Pacific Ocean. You can see the fish swim by from your balcony or watch the dolphins at play. Pelicans and Frigatebirds glide by your balcony at eye level. Whales are seen passing by during their migration season. Our property also has a renowned sea turtle reserve and you can help release baby turtles during their hatching season. Don’t forget your camera!
Two large pools and one child’s wading pool with a small waterfall are intermingled in the grounds and gardens which are meticulously maintained. The property is rich with tropical trees, plants, and flowers. There is a greenbelt with a short walking trail, seating area and private BBQ/picnic area for your enjoyment.
There is an excellent restaurant and bar on the water just steps away from your condo. A small convenience store is also located next door. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only 10 minutes away either by taxi from your doorstep or by bus that runs every 10 minutes. Puerto Vallarta offers bountiful restaurants, sidewalk cafes, shops, and many galleries. Be sure to include the mile-long Malecon walkway that runs along the ocean front and the River Walk during your visit. Both are lined with shops to explore and countless restaurants and entertainment for you to enjoy.
On-premises and at very reasonable rates: A laundry facility with washers and dryers, two phone booths with low international rates, two computers with internet connection and printers. Personal beach chairs/umbrellas are also available and extra bagged ice can be purchased at low rates.
