A large patio door opens wide into the wall to bring in the ocean breeze and fresh air from a large balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and 2 burner stove. There are pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, George Foreman Electric Grill, and serving dishes for 4 and a variety of cooking utensils.

On the balcony, you will enjoy the view during your morning breakfast or sunset differ, where we offer a table with 4 chairs. Watch the dolphins play in the bay and the cruise ships set sail in the evenings.

This condo rental is located in the beautiful Resort & Spa where you will be entitled to all the resort amenities – which include a large pool, beautiful sandy beach, beauty salon, beach massages, tour desks, internet business center, lounge chairs, and a very helpful friendly staff.

There are many activities around the pool and on the beach each day, such as volleyball and water aerobics. There is also a Tennis court for your daily enjoyment, and a fully equipped gym and a mini golf. There is a small fee for the Tennis court and Mini Golf.

The condo in Puerto Vallarta is located only minutes away from major shopping centers like the new La Isla Shopping Village, Plaza Caracol, Liverpool, Walmart, Sams and Costco. You will find numerous restaurants with a variety of offerings all within walking distance. The Malecon with its buzzing restaurants, markets and nightlife is only a few minutes away by bus or taxi.
